1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy a goodboybox subscription from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Our delivery, returns and cancellation details are on the Delivery, returns and cancellation page and form part of these terms.

2. What you are buying

A monthly subscription box for dogs in Small, Medium or Large. Each box contains a blanket, two chew toys, joint and omega soft chews and single-protein treats, sized to your dog. Sizes, prices and contents are shown on our website when you order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken by Stripe when you subscribe and then automatically every month until you cancel. We never see or store your card details.

4. Your subscription

Your subscription renews every month. You can cancel at any time, at no cost, using the link in your subscription email or by emailing us. To avoid the next payment, cancel before your next billing date. You can ask us to skip or pause a month by email, and we will arrange it where we can.

5. Your right to cancel (14 days)

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your first box without giving a reason. Email us to tell us you want to cancel. Some items cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons, and food and treats are perishable. Details are on the Delivery, returns and cancellation page.

6. Problems with your order

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us and we will repair, replace or refund it. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your dog does not like an item, tell us and we will swap it for free.

7. Dogs, health and allergies

Treats and supplements are not a substitute for veterinary advice or medicine. If your dog has allergies, a medical condition or a special diet, email us before you order and check with your vet. Supervise your dog with new toys and chews and remove them if they become damaged.

8. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and any change will not affect an order already placed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also use the courts there.
